MultiCell is developing MCT-175, a immunoglobulin-peptide (Ig-Peptide) therapeutic, that specifically targets autoaggressive T-Cells which attack the myelin sheath of neurons.  MCT-175 is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of relapsing-remitting MS. The graph on this page illustrates how this molecule has been successful at completely suppressing the disease in an animal model. The circles represent a saline injection; the triangles represent the control group; and the diamonds show disease severity of the MCT-175 injected animals. In this study, the MCT-175 treated animals’ symptoms disappeared completely.
